Rumor Las Vegas: Rumor Has It

The St. Tropez was sold last year to an LA real estate company that has been busy creating a “boutique” brand in Las Vegas. The latest work, Rumor, adds a fifth property to a pack of remade chic properties so far that include the Artisan; The Resort on Mount Charleston; Gold Spike and Oasis at Gold Spike. The hotels are the work of the Siegel Group, which purchased the crumbling St. Tropez last year for around $10 million and added some $4 million to come up with Rumor.
